I’m excited to share the story of my recent collaboration with Jennifer Moher, an exceptional photographer who has truly set a high standard in the industry. Jennifer’s artistry and unique style make her one of those photographers who inspire with every frame. Her work is an exquisite blend of emotion, elegance, and authenticity that makes each photo feel like it has a story to tell.

Jennifer is not only an incredible talent but also a respected industry leader. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person at the Unrealistic Workshop in Los Angeles, hosted by Jai Long in 2023. Meeting Jennifer face-to-face and seeing her passion and dedication firsthand was an experience that reinforced just how much she brings to the field. Her dedication to her craft and her fearless approach to pushing creative boundaries is truly inspiring.

When Jennifer decided to work with me to develop her new branding and website, I was honoured. For someone with such a clear creative voice and strong vision, handing over a project as personal as a website can be daunting. Jennifer entrusted me with customizing her website using the FRIDA template and allowed me to create a branding experience that aligned with her distinct style.

Jennifer is the kind of creative who usually has a hard time relinquishing control over anything involving her artistic expression, including her website. But I was moved by her trust in me and the process we created together. Here’s what Jennifer had to say about the experience:

“If you are the type of photographer that has a difficult time releasing creative control of certain tasks, specifically your website, I just want to share my experience of working with Leelou because I was very much that way.

I have a really hard time outsourcing editing, outsourcing pretty much any creative task within my business, and my website was such an important part of my business and I’ve always just been doing it myself. When I finally decided to work with Leelou and have her build out new branding, a new website for me, I was super nervous. The process that she took me through eased my nerves the entire time.

When it came to her actually presenting the branding and the website, I texted her—I think I even voice-noted her—and I was just like, ‘I have full body chills.’ I couldn’t understand how easily she was able to see into my mind and create something that was like thoughts from my brain. She just created it, and it’s the most beautiful thing in the world. I’m so happy with it.

The process of working with her was incredible. She listened to everything and had creative ideas and approaches to every single aspect of my weird thought process. It was amazing. I cannot recommend her enough.”
