This article was written by me Leelou. As a wedding photographer turned graphic designer, I use my knowledge of both worlds to create high converting and beautifully designed products specifically for photographer and videographer.
You might already know Joy Zamora — one of the most sought-after wedding photographers in the world right now. Based in Spain, his work is edgy, raw, rebellious… and yet, somehow, still elegant and timeless. It’s rare to see someone with such a clear vision for their brand, and Joy came to us knowing exactly who he wanted to reach and what he wanted to say.
Let me tell you about one of the most exciting projects we’ve ever worked on at Studio Leelou.
And I knew instantly this wasn’t going to be just another website build. This was going to be special.
A Deep Dive Into What Makes Joy, Joy
When we started working together, we didn’t just talk design. We went deep — into his market, his vision, his goals, and where he wanted to take his business next.
The challenge? Joy’s style sits on that fine line between luxury and edge. He attracts a high-end clientele, but he’s also an artist — rebellious in the best way. I knew we had to create a digital space that mirrored that energy: sophisticated, elegant, and cool as hell.
And I’ll be honest — it pushed me. In the best way.
“I think it’s the first time that my brand is absolutely connected to my website.” — Joy Zamora
Built From the Ground Up — Just for Joy
This was a complete custom build — crafted from scratch, just for Joy. We built it on Showit, so Joy can easily update his site in moments, without needing to touch a single line of code or contact a developer. It’s functional, intuitive, and future-proofed.
And we did it all in just six weeks — from concept to launch.
The result? A site that’s turning heads in the photography industry. One that Joy’s competitors are bookmarking as inspiration.
“Now it’s simple. It’s elegant. It’s exactly what my client is looking for. It’s easy to navigate. They know where all the information is. It’s AMAZING.” — Joy Zamora
A Personal Note From Me
Working with Joy was a dream. He came to us with a strong vision and trusted me to bring it to life — and I really feel like we delivered on that (and then some). We went above and beyond, exploring new design styles and concepts that stretched both of our creativity.
Honestly, working with Joy reminds me of working with my husband, Jai. Both are big forces — running a million miles an hour, chasing big dreams and creating big change. And sometimes that means details can get missed. But I love being the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I went over this site more times than I can count — testing, tweaking, perfecting — because I wanted Joy to have a flawless experience for his clients.
The Impact? Immediate and Wild.
Since launching Joy’s new website, the feedback has been next-level. I shared it on the big screen at the Wedding Photography Summit, and my DMs exploded. It’s always nice to hear praise, but more than anything — it confirmed that we created something truly next-level.
“I doubled my price in the last four months.” “A huge part of that change is the perception of the luxury client… it’s in the website.” — Joy Zamora
This is exactly what our 1:1 custom website builds are all about. We don’t just make things pretty. We help align your brand with your next level — whether that’s attracting luxury clients, doubling your rates, or simply feeling proud of how you show up online.
And with Joy’s site, I know we did just that.
“It has been incredible… because now, when they come, they contact me. It has been a huge, huge change to improve my market immediately.” — Joy Zamora
If you’re dreaming of a brand and website that feels like you — sophisticated, cool, elevated — but also moves the needle in your business, let’s talk. That’s what we do here at Studio Leelou. And we’d love to build something just for you.
